Express-cartridges can deliver to anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We cannot deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. Please note that deliveries to the Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands may take a little longer to be delivered. You may have your order despatched to your home/billing address or if more convenient or you are buying a gift you may choose a separate delivery address.

Returns

Express-cartridges offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased. This means that if you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from us you may return it to us up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in the original packaging. Please note that postal or courier charges are not refundable (Unless the product is found to be defective). If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping the goods to our premises and at your own cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount (excluding any postal or courier charges) within 30 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we will deduct the cost of collection from your refund.
